Refunds

If your artwork is already in progress then a refund cannot be issued due to the nature of custom work and the fact that it takes time to make each illustration/keychain from scratch. But rest assured that I will work with you every step of the way to make sure that your artwork and keychain is made to your satisfaction. If the artwork has not been started at all then a refund can be issued.
